CcX Ideas was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: every organization — regardless of size or budget — deserves enterprise-grade IT security and infrastructure support.
Before building out full MSP and MSSP services, our founder spent years in the trenches doing what most firms won't — serving nonprofits, churches, and community organizations that couldn't afford big-firm pricing but needed serious protection.
That experience didn't just build skills. It built a philosophy: technology should serve people, not the other way around. Today, that same commitment extends to every client we take on — from growing SMBs to complex enterprise environments.

Long before CcX Ideas offered managed services, our founder was in classrooms, community centers, and church offices — teaching people how to protect themselves online, set up secure networks, and understand the technology they depended on every day.
That training-first mindset is baked into everything we do. We don't just fix your IT problems — we make sure your team understands what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent it from happening again.
As the threat landscape evolved, so did CcX Ideas. We layered in formal certifications across security, cloud, and compliance. We built out managed service capabilities. We expanded our team and our toolkit.
But the mission never changed: partner deeply, deliver honestly, and leave every client more secure and more capable than we found them.
